Pet Policies

St. Ivans Apartments is happy to welcome residents with animals to the community. It is important for all residents with pets to maintain consideration of the property and a courteous concern for their neighbors at all times.

♦ Pets permitted under this policy shall not include any creature which is poisonous or otherwise dangerous.

♦ Pets are not to exceed 60 lbs. in weight at any time.

♦ All pets must be spayed or neutered.

♦ All pets must be immunized, licensed, and registered with local authorities.

♦ Maximum 2 pets per apartment.

All the above must be verified by a veterinarian prior to the pet being brought on property. Any pet accompanying a visitor must be approved by management prior to being brought onto property. Prior written permission (Pet Permit) must be obtained from the community management office before a resident can bring a pet into their home.

Fees

♦ A $250 non-refundable fee per pet.

♦ Pet Rent is $20 monthly, per pet.
